CorrosionX
ProBlast & Coatings carrying out a CorrosionX application on the Whangerei bridge
You cannot get closer to the sea than the Whangerei bridge! This is a huge investment to Whangerei and is a crucial bridge therefore it has to be protected from rust and other corrosion. It has a CorrosionX treatment on it every 5 years. In the photos you can see it is in immaculate condition still inside and rust free. If this can work for the bridge then you can be assured it will work for you!
Dustless Blasting
Dustless blasting is great for suppressing the dust.
Dustless blasting can be very advantageous in terms of keeping a surface cool which eliminates the risk of warping or distortion of materials. It is also far more efficient in removing the likes of powder coatings as it keeps the powder coating cool therefore eroding away much quicker as opposed to the surface heating up and rolling. It is also not as aggressive as dry blasting if you are wanting to take just a layer of paint off or restore historical structures etc.
Sand blast etching into concrete
ProBlast & Coatings sand blast etching some artwork into the paths of our local neighbourhood playground.
If you have a concrete driveway that looks bland or a precast wall or any other concrete area that you want to spruce up then this is a great option!
Removal of graffiti or demarcated lines

You can see there are three blocks from a pedestrian crossing that were dustless blasted off and there are 3 more lines that were left behind. The pedestrian crossing was initially painted on in white as they normally are. The customer decided to get rid of these and were painted over in black but in the rain they were reflective. The best method was to have these blasted off. ProBlast & Coatings can remove graffiti off bridges, buildings, demarcated lines in car parks etc.
